AJ's Diner in Crossgar.

As well as working on the original premises several years ago, this busy restaurant needed more seating area for their customers, and are delighted they entrusted myself with part of the re-vamp,  and the laying of the new amptico flooring upstairs and down.

Cafe Rossi - Ballynahinch

This was a major undertaking by the new owner Sam Robinson, these substantial premises on a large corner on Main Street was a complete blank canvas, seating area, kitchen, cool rooms, toilet facilities were all required.  As project manager on the job, it gave great satisfaction to observe the weekly progression of this modern restaurant. 

Modern finishes in the form of stainless steel and glass marrying with dark shades in the rich wall and chair coverings, a truly beautiful place to eat ...and the foods not bad either !
